° When you apply for loan to upgrade an existing business or start a new business , our team will review your credit score, and other important factors. Access your portal for information on time and on your eligibility to finance. This means we only offer Business
Loans.

° Approval process & application timing may be delayed if additional documents are needed to evaluate the application. Loans can be funded on the next following day if the application is (i) approved and signed on the same day and the next day is a Banking business day, and (ii) certain administrative steps (e.g. relevant banking information is provided) have been completed. The funds are transferred electronically to the borrower’s bank account by “Direct deposit” Or/ The funds are sent to the borrower as a check that can be deposited into their bank account or cashed at a bank, “Check”.

° We may report your payment history to one of a major credit bureaus. Late or nonpayment of your debt may negatively impact your credit rating. ˚ Our business loan product allows you to borrow $100,000 – $15,000,000. Business Loan terms range from 12-120 months. The maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 35.99%. Your actual APR may be higher than the rate shown. Advertised rates, terms, and programs are subject to change without notice.

˚ For an example, a loan of $100,000 with an annual interest rate of 5.25%, an origination one time fee of $500, a total finance charge of $2,487.43, an interest rate of 5.25%, an APR of 6.91%, will be repaid in 12 months payments. The total loan cost is $102,487.43. This is an example loan scenario for illustrative purposes only. Actual loan terms, rates, and costs may vary based on creditworthiness and other factors.
