Application Terms
Each business owner or officer listed in the application (an “Applicant”) represents, acknowledges, and agrees that:

The Applicant will promptly notify ABL of any changes to the information or financial condition provided.
ABL is authorized to disclose this information to other parties (“Assignees”) who may assist in providing or funding a loan or other Service. These parties may also use and share the information for evaluating potential transactions.
ABL and its partners may request and obtain investigative reports, credit reports, verification from creditors or financial institutions, or any other information deemed necessary.
The Applicant waives any claims against ABL and information providers relating to the request, receipt, or release of such information.
Each owner/officer is authorized to sign the application on behalf of the business.
The Applicant consents to receive emails, direct mail, and text messages from ABL and its affiliates for purposes of account updates, information requests, and new service offers.
This application is made for business purposes only and not for personal, household, or consumer use.
Use of Information
The information provided on the application and any additional data obtained by ABL may be used to:
Verify your identity and conduct due diligence
Process your application and determine your eligibility for one or more Services
Facilitate communication between you and ABL, including confirmations, customer service, account updates, and promotional materials
